We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our small team in managing the day to day running of the charity. The post holder will report to the Board of Trustees and have responsibility for the management of Human Resources. There is an expectation for the post holder to have an understanding of the charity’s finances in terms of budget and expenditure (£8000 per month).
The role is for 16 hours per week, 40 weeks a year that can be worked flexibly. The hourly rate for this post is £19 per hour. Admin will be home based.

Slide Away is looking for volunteers/workshop assistants to work with us at our therapeutic workshops and memory days. Volunteers may be expected to support three sessions per year on predetermined weekends. You will also need to be available for a clinical supervision session, usually held virtually on the Tuesday evening following the workshop. Ideally, you will have an educational background or have worked with children in the past, but all applications will be considered and are subject to a full DBS disclosure.
